Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Archieboy Holdings, LLC for use of BoxWherever.com, BoxWherever Studio, and the BoxWherever Quest application.

Eligibility and safety

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise your use. BoxWherever is exercise software, not medical care or professional fitness instruction. Use a clear play area, wear controller wrist straps, follow Meta boundary guidance, and stop immediately for pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified clinician before exercise if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, balance concern, or uncertainty about safe participation.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and paired headset, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may apply reasonable storage, workout, device, and usage limits to protect service reliability.

Your music and other content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited license to store, decode, analyze, transform, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve your private BoxWherever workouts. You represent that you own the content or have permission to use it in this way. BoxWherever does not grant music licenses, and a streaming-subscription download may not be uploaded unless its terms permit it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

Third-party services

Catalog search, purchase links, maps, panoramas, Quest services, and other third-party features are supplied under the provider’s own terms. Apple, Amazon, Google, and Meta do not sponsor BoxWherever merely because their services or links appear. Availability, imagery, prices, and compatibility can change.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls or limits; probe or disrupt the service; redistribute another person’s music; use BoxWherever to violate law or third-party rights; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; or use automated means that burden the service. We may suspend access needed to prevent harm, abuse, infringement, or security risk.

BoxWherever intellectual property

BoxWherever software, branding, interface, original audio, graphics, and generated system components are owned by Archieboy Holdings, LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, replace, or discontinue features and may release experimental features. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deletion does not cancel a paid subscription unless the cancellation flow expressly says it does. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxWherever is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect choreography, fitness results, scene availability, or compatibility with every recording or device. Exercise and virtual reality involve risks including falls, collision, overexertion, motion sickness, and injury; you assume risks that cannot legally be shifted to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from third-party content. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for BoxWherever during the preceding 12 months or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so those limits apply only to the extent lawful.

General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement concerning BoxWherever. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable law and courts will be determined by the jurisdiction in which Archieboy Holdings, LLC is organized, except where consumer law gives you mandatory local rights.
